To gain full access to all site features and unlimited streaming of content, you must purchase a plan. Some plans offer discounts on download purchases.

This amount provides 1, 3, or 6 months of unlimited streaming access to all channels on the site, respectively. All plans are recurring and automatically renew every 1, 3 and 6 months, respectively. The "effective" price indicates the plan amount divided by the number of months in the plan, to illustrate the monthly savings offered by longer term plans. You can cancel at any time prior to plan renewal. You can also uncancel and recancel, ad infinitum, if you change your mind prior to plan renewal. 3 and 6 month plans offer discounts on downloads of 5% and 10%, respectively. International (outside of USA) accounts may be assessed a 5% international processing fee and/or currency conversion fees, as determined by merchant banks. Membership plans do not include downloads; downloads must purchased separately from $4.95 to $12.95 per video.
Downloads are priced a la carte, from $4.95 to $12.95, per video. Users have lifetime access to download purchased videos to their devices. Some membership plans offer discounts on downloads, ie. 3 month plans receive a 5% discount on downloads, and 6 month plans receive a 10% discount on downloads. There are currently no plans available that offer unlimited downloads.

If you would like to keep your plan until the end of the current billing cycle AND stop all future renewals, you can do that yourself: Click your avatar at the top-right of page, click Membership, then click the Cancel Plan button. You will retain your plan privileges until the end of the billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can Uncancel on the same page before the billing cycle ends.
If you would like a refund for whatever reason, please ask for a refund and we will hard-cancel your account. You will be refunded and lose all plan benefits immediately. You will be able to login and choose a new plan again in the future, if you so choose.
If you would like your account permanently removed, please ask to be permanently removed. If you would also like a refund, be sure to ask. Your RFC account and plan benefit will be wiped off the face of the earth. You will not be able to use the same username again in the future. If you are a model-producer, your channel and all videos will go offline.
If you would like to check your membership plan status and renewal date, you can do that at any time. Click your avatar at the top-right of page, and click My Membership.
With respect to all refunds, it is our policy to only issue refunds for one plan cycle. So, please make sure that you like RFC within the first month of your membership.
You can report a video by clicking the gear icon under the video player. You can choose any of the following reasons for reporting a video: Technical problem, Violent or repulsive content, Hateful or abusive content, Harmful dangerous acts, Child abuse, Spam or misleading or Infringes my rights. For DMCA/Copyright concerns, choose the last option. Fill out the form. We will remove content until it has been reviewed. Depending on the results of our review, the content will either be reactivated or permanently banned. If we determine that there is a problem with the channel owner/uploader in question, their channel and rights to use this site may be terminated.
Are you having this issue on all videos or just one? If it's just one video, please Report the issue. You can report a video by clicking the gear icon under the video player, and choose the Report Issue option. We will review and resolve the issue. Thank you for reporting it!

If you're still having issues, this simple advice really does work most of the time: try rebooting all if your network modems and routers by powering them off and back on. Also reboot the device or computer you are using to access the site.
If you are still having issues, only on RFC and no other sites, please record a video and/or take screenshots that clearly shows your entire screen, what RFC page you are on, and the clicks/actions leading up to and after the anomalous event. Please describe the problem if its not blatantly obvious. Please send us a a support message with these attachments and we will help you further troubleshoot.
RFC features both RFC original content that is produced by Raw Fuck Club, the iconic gay porn studio, plus a multitude of independently produced content that is uploaded to the site. RFC considers producers to be individuals who create channels and upload content, and models as individuals who perform in videos. Models can be producers, they can feature in their own works, they can be featured in RFC original content and/or they can be featured in works produced by independent producers.
If you are interested in having a channel on RFC, aka an independent producer, follow these steps: Create a free account on RFC first. No CC required; just your username, password and email. Then click the Become a Producer link in your account menu, click the Model/Producer option button and follow the instructions to complete your application. Be careful not to submit an Affiliate application. Once you're approved, a Model/Producer control panel will be available in your RFC account to access your Channel settings, where you customize your channel and upload videos, run reports, etc. Approval can take up to a week, so please be patient.
If you are interested in being a model for RFC or another producer on RFC, click the send a message button from the respective channel and message the producer. Each producer, whether it be RFC or an independent producer, has different procedures. It doesn't hurt your cause to create a profile on RFC and upload some photos, videos, etc. exhibiting your many talents.
Supported devices include PC's running Windows 10, Macs running MacOS 10.14 or newer, iPhone/iPads running iOS 10.3.4 or newer, and Android devices running Android 10.3.4 or newer. Devices more than 5 years old, even with a supported OS, may have performance issues that can cause poor playback.
Supported browsers include the browser that came with your device, including and additionally, Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Other browsers may work but aren't supported.

You can get a taste of RFC with no account. With no account you can view a limited number of free previews but have no access to site features, like messaging, following channels, social media features, and much more.
We encourage you to try RFC with a free account. No credit card required. A free account allows you access to basic site features, like messaging, ability to setup a profile and an album, following channels, liking videos, some social media functionality and an increased limit of free previews.
If you like what you see and want to stream unlimited full-length videos, choose a plan on the Membership page. Plans are available in monthly, or every 3 or 6 months, terms. A membership plan gives you unlimited access to stream thousands and thousands of full-length videos from hundreds of your favorite models and producers, plus premium site features.
Downloads are available a la cart; some plans offer discounts on downloads, specified when you choose your plan.
Double charges do occur, although very rarely. We have implemented safeguards to prevent this anomaly. In most cases, however, the user has two accounts, either on this site and/or other sites in our network of sites. Try recovering your password with all known emails and usernames to get a full listing of all your accounts and their status. You can login and cancel any active plans that you no longer want.
Photos and videos marked Public are visible on your profile page and related posts and searches unless they are tagged as "X-rated" by our compliance team, in which case they will not be visible to anonymous users. Only RFC users can view X-rated content.
Photos and videos marked Private are only visible to users you Unlock your album for or send via Messages.
We will always send transactional emails, like when you join or cancel, or retrieve a password. However, you can disable email notifications, such as new scene alerts, recommendations and newsletters, from the Email page in your account. Uncheck the box and click Update to stop receiving notifications. Notifications will stop immediately and newsletters may take up to 2 weeks to cease.
Check your SPAM or Bulk mail folder. If there's nothing there, wait an hour and check again. If still no love, try contacting us by clicking Contact from the main menu, give us an alternate email address from a different mail provider and we'll figure it out.

The yellow icon indicates that you are logged into an account that doesn't have an active membership plan. This account is free and has limited functionality. In order to access full site features and stream full-length videos, you will need to add a membership plan. Click the My Account icon, then click Membership, then Add Plan.
If the icon at the top right is red, then you aren't logged in. You can peruse the site with limited features and previews only.

No. Users are allowed to download only up to 3 videos per day.
Role accounts are shared email addresses like info@, support@, help@, etc. Due to spamming abuse to these types of email addresses, major ISPs penalize us for sending messages to these types of email addresses. For this reason, we limit their functionality. If you provde a role account email address as your email address to us, we will still send you system messages like password recovery and billing notices, etc., however, you won't receive marketing-related emails, such as notices when producers that you follow upload content. So, overall, its not a critical issue but can limit your full experience of RFC.
There are tricks to outsmart ISPs, however. You can use a feature of email called sub-addressing to receive emails to your role account whilest also not limiting functionality. Simply add "+rfc" into the email address you provide RFC, ie. enter "info+rfc@mysite.com" instead of "info@mysite.com." The email will get delivered to your info@mysite.com account! Or, simply use your name instead of a role account, ie. john@mysite.com.
